Annabelle Dalby is a photographic artist based in London. She completed a BA (Hons) in Fine Art and Contemporary Critical Practice at Goldsmiths College in 2000 and completed an MA in Photography at the Royal College of Art, London in 2002.

Dalbys work concerns an investigation into the nature of the archive and the 'collection', in all its manifold guises. The work focuses on the personal family photograph, photo objects and the anonymous discarded image. Through these themes Dalby seeks to question the authorship of the image, the value of both the collected and singular image, personal, lost and shared.
